Skills development & strategic workforce planning.

I bring over 20 years’ experience in workforce development, skills planning, skills foresighting and sector skills development, with a particular focus on supporting industry to respond to emerging skills needs.

As Cluster Facilitator for Northern Ireland’s Electrical Network Group (ENG), I work with businesses, SMEs, education and training providers, industry stakeholders and government to identify skills gaps, build collaboration and develop practical responses to future workforce needs.

My expertise includes strategic workforce planning, green skills, upskilling and reskilling, sector skills development, cluster facilitation and skills foresighting. I am particularly interested in how clusters can connect industry demand with education, innovation and investment to create sustainable economic growth.

I am keen to share learning and best practice internationally, and to develop connections with clusters, organisations and industry partners working on similar challenges — particularly around energy, electrical engineering, green transition, advanced manufacturing and future skills.
