Exchange of experience in cluster policy making at the national level

We are interested in an exchange of experience in cluster policy making at the national level, with a particular focus on how governments design, implement, and evaluate policies that support the development and competitiveness of cluster organizations and innovation ecosystems. We would like to learn about different governance models, strategic priorities, funding mechanisms, and policy instruments used to strengthen collaboration between businesses, research institutions, public authorities, and other stakeholders.

In particular, we are interested in discussing best practices related to the development of national cluster strategies, quality standards for cluster organizations, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, capacity-building initiatives, internationalization support, and measures that foster innovation, digital transformation, sustainability, and regional economic development. We also aim to share our own experiences, identify common challenges, and explore opportunities for future cooperation and mutual learning.
